Maybe we’ll see each other in Lowell

If you’re in New England, I invite you to attend the New England New Media Associate fall conference.

NENMA gathering are always good events — neat people to meet and talk with.

I want you to come Oct. 30 if you’re in the area so you can hear my keynote presentation on “Reinventing Journalism.”

Last year, the keynote was delivered by Steve Yelvington. The year before, by Rob Curley. So I’m honored to be in such good company as a keynote. I hope I can live up to the standards they set.

Also, if you happen to be in Albany on Nov. 13, you can catch me on a panel for the Women’s Press Club of New York State on ethics in social media.  The panel is at 7 p.m. at The College of Saint Rose.

  1. Just wanted to tell you how very much I enjoyed your blogging workshop in Needham last week. I’m one of those old-time writers who loves narrative and had a column for many years, now trying to find new ways to reach readers. Your thoughts were enormously helpful, and I’m hoping to write my first blog next week. Thanks for the inspiration.
